Randwick, city in southeastern Australia, in New South Wales, on the Tasman Sea, in the Sydney metropolitan area. Nearby to the north is Centennial Park; to the east is Coogee, on the seashore; and to the southwest, in the Kingsford section, is a technical university. Randwick Racecourse is located in the city.
