The Pantry Restaurant 221 W Cedar - 307.324.7860 Review: Where the old highway turned... This charming home-turned-eatery is at a corner in "downtown" Rawlins where the business route (old 30) makes a jog from Cedar to Spruce streets. Had it not been for this location, I might had missed this dining experience as I noticed the place by chance turning the corner. I found the history of the restaurant fascinating as well as the food. One of the staff happened to overhear that it was my birthday and brought me a small surprise cake. I hope to stop there again on my next way through.
