Menomonee Falls, village, Waukesha County, southeastern Wisconsin, at rapids on the Menomonee River, near Milwaukee; incorporated 1892. Situated in an area producing dairy products, corn, and other vegetables, it has diversified industries manufacturing metal products, motors, machinery, paper and plastic goods, hospital supplies, and processed food. Old Falls Village, a re-created mid-19th-century village, is here. Established in 1842, the area grew due to the availability of waterpower.
