As a Californian who grew up on Cha Siu Baos (similar to humbows but not quite), I was stunned to find humbows in Seattle...they were so big and puffy compared to what I was used to. If you have the opportunity, you should walk by this bakery and pick up a humbow. The bread and the meat filling are both amazing. I just tried calling the bakery to see if they'd send me some overnight and unfortunately, they could not because they make 'em fresh daily.

Mmmm... my favorites are the Spinoccoli (spinach, broccoli and mozzarella -- DEEP dish) and my own concoction of basil, mushrooms, kalamata olives and fresh tomatoes.
