Pho Republic 3591 N. Beltline Road - 972.594.7259 $5.01 - $15 Cuisine: Vietnamese Recommended Dishes: Com Bo Xao Pho tai Review:I was in Irving for a business trip and stopped by at Pho Republic with a group of co-workers. I was pleasantly surprised. This restaurant serves mainly pho (beef noodle soups) but also has other popular Vietnamese dishes. The ambience is great and the service is quick. I tried the Rice Vermicelli with Charbroiled Chicken and it was excellent. I asked for a togo menu and the owner gave me his full color menu. Nice experience in a new city. Review:Excellent foods. I like it.
Review:This place is packed! I was here for lunch on Thursday and it was packed. This is my second visit since they opened a few weeks ago and I'm amazed about the volume of business they're already doing. Their pho is the best in town. Highly recommended.

Thai Chili 397 E. Las Colinas Blvd. - 972.831.0797 Cuisine: Thai Recommended Dishes:All of them, but be sure to try the mango and sticky rice for dessert! Review:Outstanding Thai food! Thai Chili has a pleasant atmosphere, a great selection of Thai food that is well prepared (and spiced to your liking), and excellent service. It is one of the best Thai restaurants in the DFW area. See also its sister restaurant, the Thai Chili in Southlake.
China Terrace 5435 N. MacArthur Blvd. - 972.550.1113 Cuisine: Chinese Recommended Dishes:vegetable rice noodles Review:good chinese food China Terrace does not serve particularily authentic Chinese food but they do serve tasty "americanized" Chinese food. I haven't found any better Chinese restaurants yet so this seems to be the best bet for the area. Review:Been eating there for years
Carambas Grill 3636 N. Belt Line Rd. - 972.720.8373 Cuisine: Mexican Recommended Dishes:Taco salad, chicken quesadillas or the Chimichanga Review:Good food I have eaten at Carambas several times and it is wonderful. That is a very popular place for my work to eat at. It is pretty small and located in a very good location. The food does not cost a whole lot.
Las Lomas Mexican Restaurant 2215 N. O'Connor Rd. - 972.257.1898 Cuisine: Mexican Recommended Dishes:Nachos or the #2 Lunch Special Review:Excellent We have been going here for quite some time. They have recently remodled and the place looks great. The food is excellent at a very reasonable price.
Bruno's 9462 MacArthur Blvd. - 972.556.2465 Cuisine: Italian Recommended Dishes: Chicken Parmesian, veal and fish. Review:worst italian restaurant Don't waiste time and money going to this restaurant. They started us with microvaved ordinary bread rolls and margarine. We ordered salads and we regreted it - iceberg lettuce! For the price they charge they could have done a little better. My chicken dish was absolutely disgusting - breaded chicken something, covered with half evaporated wine sauce. It was simply inedible. My husband ordered their beef medalions with mushrooms for about $20. Service was o.k. Review:Good Italian Bruno's serves up good, basic Italian fare that is reminescent of home cooking. It isn't a grille or bistro with wood-burning pizza ovens. If you wan't basic Italian, it's great. Good service.
Cafe on the Green (Four Seasons Hotel & Resort) 4150 MacArthur Blvd. - 972.717.0700 View Cuisine: American Review:Just not I hope I can express this well, but the food just isn't as fresh as it once was. Nor do key ingredients: meats and vegetables and mushrooms taste fresh. For me it's like seasoning is heavy handed to make up for poor quality ingredients. A shame, I used to take everyone here for business but I feel my clients are too food-savvy and would detect the same flaws I do. Review:Fair Nothin' special Im afraid. Food isn't real full of flavor. Can't justify price. Not American enough, not fresh or something. I expect more from you guys.
