Eduardo's Mexican Restaurant 240 Grapevine Hwy. - 817.485.5942 Cuisine: Mexican Recommended Dishes:Cheese Enchalidas and Beef Fajitas Review:This is a family operated Mexican food restaurant located in a small strip center. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted with a smile by the restaurant owner, Mr. Eduardo. The furnishings are modest but the food is quite good and you get a hot cup of taco soup with each meal. We were especially pleased with the cheese enchalidas, fijitas and strawberry margaritas!
