I tried calling to get direction but the line was busy. When I finally showed up at the restaurant it was closed so I knocked on the door. I told the hostess that I was 10 minutes late for my reservations. She got her manager, when he showed up I told him that I had reservations at 2pm and was late because I was lost and tried to call but the line was busy. He said he was on the phone and they close at 2pm and could not seat me. I asked him how could he make reservations for someone at the time they close, he then said that I was late, I told him that usually restaurant seat people 20-30 minutes after reservations. He said his staff needed to go home and could not seat me. I asked him what type of business he was running if he could not seat someone after 10 minutes after their reservations. I then left. THIS PLACE NEED NEW MANAGEMENT

The service is completely horrible. I waited over 30 minutes before I saw my server again. The management was nowhere to be seen. I guess they were hiding with my waitress. If you feel you must really eat seafood, and want Red Lobster....I would recommend driving on over to Arlington or Mesquite.....
