Veranda Cafe & Dinner Club The 214 W Texas Ave - 281.427.1705 $15.01 - $30 Romantic Italian place east of Houston. Cuisine: Italian Recommended Dishes: Michaelangelo, or osso bucco, everything! it was all good Review:Best romantic Italian place east of Houston. A little pricey, but the money we save not having to drive to Houston makes up for it. The food is great. The service is great except on Valentine's Day, when EVERYONE who has a date in Baytown seems to be there and the little place is almost overwelmed. I met my wife there on a blind date, it was a smashing success taking her there, she loved the atmosphere, they kept our glasses filled with wine while we sat there for over 3 hrs. The waitress never rushed us even though we were there a long time talking. For a romantic dinner, try this place out. Review:Excellent They have a new chef and manager , They seem on track with it all , I had a great time there and would recommend it to everyone, The food was fantastic ,,,,true Italian at its best. Service was great! The chef came out to our table to make sure everything was on track, thats Italian! Review:Great We went there for Easter Dinner and it was fantastic, we really enjoyed it and i hear they will be having live music on the weekends,we will be back!

Review:Good Food and Friendly Service This was the first time that we had tried Franks Grill and we hit them with 27 retired, hungry men and women. We had no problems getting set up in a private room. The service was and food was great, you never had an empty coffee cup, unless that was the way you wanted. Most of us ate the breakfast buffet. The ones that ordered from the menu had fast service and good food. We will definitely be back. Review:You gotta eat here....it's the best!
