King George II Inn 102 Radcliffe St. - 215.788.5536 Recommended Dishes:The fish is always fresh. The filet mignon with Bearnaise is always done the way Ilike it. Duck has been good. Oysters in a cornmeal coating were great but are not on the menu now. Review:Try this historic location! The King George II Inn has an ideal location, beautiful rooms and a wonderful woody bar with piano. Nice place to wait for your table to be ready or to enjoy a glass of wine. A decent wine list, good food, competent service, though for some reason there always seems to be kitchen noises in the upstairs dining room. Downstairs rooms are nicer but can be smokey. Review: Best restaurant I've been to in a long time. Every last detail was attended to. Food was incredible. Fresh seafood, great bread and superb servicedefinitely a five star experience. A wonderful evening!! Review:Very Good Food I've been several times to King George in Historical Bristol… It's a little pricey, but due to the location… A view of the Delaware, the ambiance of the restaurant… It's well worth the visit.... The wait staff is always pleasant and the food is very authentic... The view of the Delaware from your table just can't be beat!
Karp's Charlie Pub 1800 Farragut Ave - 215.788.9955 Cuisine: Bar / Pub / Brewery Review:Coldest beer in Bristol I was born in Bristol Pa in 1969. I have since moved to Greenville, NC and reside happily . Upon every visit back home I make it a point to stop in Karpys and buy what I still think is the coldest beer in Bristol.
