Mixed menu includes steak, lamb, fish, and salads. Reservations suggested. Cuisine: Fine Dining Review: One of Salem's Best Restaurants Review: Best of the worst Although Salem is the state capitol it is a virtual ghost town when it comes to decent dining. Perhaps the close proximity of Portland is the reason. In most large cities Morton's would be rated as "OK". Sadly in Salem it must be rated at "outstanding".
