Cuisine: Chinese
Recommended Dishes: Bean CurdKung Pao Chicken with Hot and Sour Soup
Review: China Dynasty
The Bean Curd is great and the vegetables are fresh. The waiters bring water every time you take a sip. It is a little unnerving, but at least it is good service!
Review: The Best Chinese Restaurant in Columbus
Having dined in most of the chinese rerstaraunts in Columbus I can truly say that China Dynasty is the Best. The hot food is Hot and Spicy and the cold food being cold, it definitely meets food safety guidelines also. The staff is as friendly as can be.
Blue Nile
2361 N. High Street - 614.421.2323
Cuisine: African
Review: Great vegetarian food!
I can't recall what I ordered, but because of the round woven serving tables, we all ate from each other's dishes. I had a stew of sorts with potatoes, green beans and carrots. One friend had lentils (very yummy), another had chickpeas (spicy!).

Recommended Dishes: The Macaroni and Cheese... It's worth every penny!
Review: Victorians Rules!
Victorians is a small, Bohemian heaven and haven. The owners are delightful people who happily mingle with the customers, the food hits the spot in a way nothing else can, and they have a nice selection of coffee, speciality sodas, and beer. Great for students, locals, writers, artists, and anyone else who loves great company, food, and late night fun.

Authentic Mexican cuisine with a large menu.
Cuisine: Mexican
Recommended Dishes: 141 Chicken in Red Sauce
Review: Great mexican Food
This is one of our favorite restaurants. It is fairly close to OSU's campus and has a huge selection. Their refried beans are vegetarian (no lard) so there are plenty of choices.
Review: BEST MEXICAN EVER!
'The Vac' is far and away the best Mexican food in town. If you like Buffalo Chicken Wings, try the # 141. I forget what they call it, but it's chicken in a red hot sauce with beans, rice and tortillas. The addition of a guacamole salad allows you to make awesome soft tacos! There is an online coupon somewhere (which is how I stumbled across this site...I'm on my way there and want to use a coupon :) If you care about ambiance, this may not be the place for you, but if the food is what matters to you, you will become a regular!

This Donatos had completely different atmosphere than any of the others because it shares its address with a bar.
Florentine Restaurant
907 West Broad Street - 614.228.2262
Cuisine: Italian
Recommended Dishes: Chicken parmesan, Salads with the house dressing and dry Gorgonzola cheese.
Review: Great Italian-American Cuisine
Lovely family restaurant with well-prepared food. I've had the Chicken Parmesan probably a dozen times in the past year, and it is alway perfectly cooked, the sauce tangy witout being too strong, and the pasta cooked flawlessly. The menu is varied enough for any party, offering sandwiches, salads and entrees. It's a large place, but there is, sometimes a wait. Don't worry, it's worth it!
Golden Corral Family Steak Hse
3710 W Dublin Granville Rd - 614.799.9579 $5.01 - $15
This buffet offers a wide selection of foods. You can also order steaks and other dinners from the kitchen.

Ruth's Chris Steakhouse

Specialty is aged, corn-fed USDA Prime beef, broiled in a trademark 1,800 degree oven and served on a plate heated to 500 degrees to ensure the steak stays "sizzling" hot.\n\nIn addition, the menu includes select fresh seafood and other meat entrees. A variety of fresh-cooked vegetables; including seven kinds of potatoes, many vegetables, salads, and desserts are available.\n\nExpensive, but worth it; very pleasant atmosphere.

Review: Big Breakfast - Vegan and Veggie Style
Whole World offers two big breakfasts on Sundays - a vegan one and a veggie one. They both offer large protions of savory food, including egg (or eggless), potatoes, some sort of bread and soy patties.
Adriatico's New York Style
265 W 11th Ave - 614.421.2300 $5.01 - $15
Spicy, thick crust pizza located near OSU's campus. The crust does not have egg or milk, thus a vegan can order a cheeseless pizza.
Cuisine: Italian
Recommended Dishes: Garlic Breadsticks Thick crust pizza The Buckeye! Deep dish Pizza
Review: Pizza
Pizza is thick-crusted and the sauce is spicy. They have small personal ones and HUGE 'Buckeye' ones. Don't go unless you have lots of time. It will take at least 30 to 45 minutes to make your pizza.
Review: Pizza
This is some of the best pizza around. I know people who have come all the way from Cleveland just to take home a "Buckeye" - the huge one. The thick crust has a nice texture and the spices in the sauce make this pizza unique. Go on Mondays and Tuesdays for great deals.
Review: Typical midwestern pizza

Review: It's the best!!
When I went to Ohio State, my friends and I loved ordering Adriatico's! If it was offered at a club meeting, the attendance was much higher than for other pizzas. Now that I live in California, I really miss their pizza. Nothing compares to their crust and spicy sauce.
Review: Amazing Pizza
They make great pizzas, I am a big food lover and know the difference between good and average. I can say that someone who loves food too came up with the recipe! I have always got it delivered so can't comment on the service and the place.

Review: bread
I came in for carry out. Got my sandwich and salad and left. When I got back to the office I noticed the bread was very touch, almost like it was old bread?
Review: Polaris Bar and Grill
I have had the food on several different times. And not once did it appear to be served as 'day old'. And I'm not sure if he's there anymore but JB was a little hottie :p
Review: #1
The bread is harder than normal bread in the stores, because it's ITALIAN... DUH! Anyway, for those with half a brain... I'd like to say that this place is the best. The steak with marsala sauce or chicken is the best. Tried MANY things and NO complants. Service is THE BEST!

The food and service here is incredible. The waitstaff is very professional and knowledgeable. And the food - truly a work of art.
Review: Best Restaurant in Columbus? - Baloney!
Mill Street Bagels & Deli
1284 W 5th Ave - 614.488.8563 $5 and under
This shop has about 30 kinds of bagels, all sorts of bagel-sandwich combinations and salads. You choose what you want in your salad and they toss it for you.
Cuisine: Bagels
Review: The best salad in town
Mill Street bagels has the best salad in town. They have so many ingredients. You tell the person what you want in it, they scoop it and toss it all up with your choice of salad dressing. The tossing gets it all mixed together well.
Review: great bagels, but poor attention to order detail
So far I've kept going back to Mill Street because they make the best bagels in town (chewy New York Style, not break-your-teeth hard), but they almost never get my order correct. Invariably the bagel is toasted when I asked for it not to be, the cream cheese is spread on when I asked for it on the side, etc. This is especially troubling when I get a to-go order and discover the problem when I'm too far away to return! Revolving-door staffing, coupled with a poor ordering system and basic inattention, seems to be the culprit. Despite the almost-perfect bagels, this has happened so many times that I don't think I'll go back.
Moretti's
5849 Sawmill Rd - 614.717.0400
Recommended Dishes: Who knows?
Review: Two thumbs down
This place has the attitude of a top notch, five star, snobish bistro. I feel on the other hand it is more like a bad dish of leftover lasagna from the 80's. Service was horrible as we were not seated or acknowledged. Would love to comment on the food, however, I never had the chance to sample any. Two thumbs down.
Sapporo Wind
6188 Cleveland Ave - 614.895.7575 $15.01 - $30

Have been told it is the best sushi in Columbus.
