Review:Last order was slightly burnt I've written glowing words about Delorenzo's before but I must report that my last order of a veggie pie was slightly burnt. I'm sure this was just an abberation. Review:Best tomato pie in Trenton along with DeLorenzo's on Hamilton Ave. Sometimes, Hudson street tomato pie is burned. Review:Try the Clam Pie! The Hudson St. clam pie is the best pie I have ever tasted. It features a perfect combination of diced garlic, clams, tomatos, cheese and spices over a thin and crispy crust. It is well worth the trip from center city Philadelphia (lack of bathrooms notwithstanding)! Review:Worth the trip!

Sweeney's Saloon 666 S Broad St - 609.393.6669 Cuisine: Bar / Pub / Brewery Recommended Dishes:Best potato skins around! Review:Outstanding Just spent another St. Patrick's Day at Sweeney's. The food, as always, was excellent. The band (The Bantry Boys) played great Irish music and got the crowd involved in an evening of sing-a-long. The ambience here is very comfortable. Even though we sat at a table with 3 other couples who were on their own, we all got acquainted easily and had a rousing good time.

Review:Blue Danube does get a younger crowd Among the few true ethnic spots left in Trenton, young people longing for their great grandmothers cooking will find it. Fresh chicken paprikas, pierogies and potato pancakes are truly wonderful and feel like the old world. My friends are 20 somethings and as we dine, we see others our age! Review:Favorite place to dine! The Blue Danube is Trenton's best kept secret. The restaurant is small in a cozy way, so reservations are suggested. The menu is extensive in itself, but then add on the specials, the choices of side dishes, soups and desserts and no one can leave unsatisfied! The portions are huge and the prices are low! The service is awesome. The girls that work there know their menu and their customers. I noticed that a lot of the guests are greeted like old friends. Can't wait to go back for some jaegershnitzel!
Chianti's Restaurant 701 Whittaker Ave - 609.695.0011 Cuisine: Italian Recommended Dishes: The Porterhouse Steak Review:Why we don't eat at here I regret to say that despite excellent food and pleasant surroundings, my family will not frequent this establishment again. Here's why: My husband and I own and operate a business from our home and work very long hours during winter months. One evening for my birthday I begged my husband to let us try Chianti's for a change of pace. There was not time enough for us to change into something better than our sneakers and sweats, but we certainly didn't appear homeless. I am offended by the service we recieved, which I believe was based on assumptions made of us based on our appearance. We were ignored, talked about, ushered to a tiny table next to your kitchen facilities (when there were clearly many other much nicer tables vacant), and initially fed bread hard enough to crack enamel. I was so upset but determined to enjoy myself (it was my birthday and I do not get out to eat very often). After pointing out our rock hard bread, the waiter replaced it in a very snub manner (it wasn't what he said but how he looked at us). During small talk with the waiter we mentioned how we employeed one of his acquaintances and he mysteriously became much nicer to us. We proceeded to order a very delicious, and might I add expensive, meal for which we tipped our waiter well. As Italian Americans, I can only guess the treatment they give other customers who are perceived to be of a different income. (We weren't always able to afford a Chianti's meal ourselves when starting out). I'm disgusted by your establishment's prejudice and lack of common humanity Review:Nice! Great place with great food! I've been here a few times, and everytime it gets better.
Amici Milano Restaurant 600 Chestnut Ave - 609.396.6300 $5.01 - $15 Popular Italian in the 'burg. Cuisine: Italian Recommended Dishes:Fettucini prima vera Any of the veal dishes are spectacular as are the seafood. The sauces are extraordinary on almost every entree. Scampi Review:Nice, reasonably priced Italian food. Review:Best value in Chambersburg-Trenton
Review:Tight Fit! Food is OK, but this place is really cramp. The tables are so close to each other that I thought I was eating with the people sitting around me. Also, while waiting for to be seated, they stick you at the bar where it is even more cramped. The people who are waiting to be seated are standing on top of people who are seated in the smoking section.
Tattoni's Cafe 800 Chestnut Ave - 609.394.1456 Cuisine: Italian Recommended Dishes:Roast Pork Chicken Cacciatore Review:Fabulous Authentic Family-Style Italian If you have never been to Tattonis, run, don't walk, to get there! Excellent food. There is no printed menu, you will hear the 20 or so specials and choose from them. Your meal will start with an incredible antipasto with bruschetta on the side. Then you will enjoy a pasta course, with your choice of 5 different sauces. Next, your main dish will arrive, and I recommend the Roast Pork or Roast Chicken - it will melt in your mouth! Finally, dessert and coffee. Great wine list and full bar, too. Review:Less than I expected
Review:Tattoni's is the Best Tattoni's is the best place in Trenton. Joe must be used to jar sause like Ragu. If you don't like the places in Chambersburg stay at home and keep eating at McDonalds.
