Located in Mandalay Bay. Dinner nightly, late night weekends.

Recommended Dishes: sea bass, crab cocktail, tower of chocolate
Review: A memmorable evening at 3950
A great experience. The presentation was clean and innovative. The food was divine. Very friendly and professional servers. The lump crab appetizer was to die for both in taste and presentation. The sea bass was the best I have ever tasted crusted and moist with a sauce that did not overpower the dish. Tower of chocolate was great for dessert.

Review: Wow!
We visited Vegas from Portland, OR in December, of all the restaurants we had to choose from in Vegas (and there must be over 100), we chose Alan Albert's and I must say we could not have been happier. A bit on the spendy side but worth every penny. Very cosy, romantic ambience designed for the rich and famous.

Hugo's Cellar was one of the finest dining experiences my wife and I ever had. From start to finish it was spectacular. No disappointments at all. Bring your wallet though, very expense but worth every penny. We'll go again the next time we're in town. Don't order a dessert, they bring you a complimentary chocolate dipped fruit plate with whipped cream. Premo!!!

Review: Now this
Authentic Italian cuisine. While the surroundings may be an outdoor cafe in New York-New York, the food is the quality you would find in Italy. The finest ingredients, down to the fresh bread baked in their own bakery. To add to the atmosphere, our waiter, Marco Galazzo, made the evening and made us feel as if we were on the Via Veneto in Rome.

Review: I love this place
The service is always great. I love all of the dishes and you are in and out in a flash if your food is to go or if you are dining in. The bubble tea drinks are by far the best I have had yet.
Bertolini's Authentic Trattoria
9500 W. Sahara Ave. - 702.869.1540 $15.01 - $30

Review: Yummy!
The atmosphere, the service and the food are out of this world. One of my all time favorites. I have never had anything there that was not outstanding. The presentation and the taste combine to make this an experience worth remembering. The cost is a little on the high side, but it is worth a try for those who love interesting and different Italian foods.
Lou's Diner

Review: Down Home Cookin at it's finest
Stepping into Lou's diner is like entering a bygone era of home cooking, friendly, personal service and casual comfort. Just like the corner drugstore form yesteryear. A place for good old american food where you'll always be made to feel welcome. A refreshing owner/operator change in a city of chain restaurants.

Review: Horrible meal
My husband and I decided to have a romantic night out. So we decided to go to the steakhouse at the Hard Rock since he had been there before and had enjoyed it. When we arrived we were seated immediately and we ordered ice teas and read over the menus. The first complaint that I had were that the sides were not included in the price of the meal. If you are going to charge me six to eight dollars a side up the price of my entree. Seven dollars for a baked potato with a thirty-five dollar steak is a little tacky. Next, as I was looking around everyone else was brought bread and butter before their meal except us and it never arrived at our table. I then decided on the lobster which was listed at "current market price" so I order that and my husband order the porterhouse. We ordered these plus sides and an portabello mushroom appetizer. The mushrooms were horrid, they were supposed to be sauteed which they might have been but they had been marinated in wine for so long they were mushy and tasted very much like vinegar. When dinner arrived the lobster was very chewy and was by far the worst lobster I have eaten. Anyone could have cooked lobster better. I took two bites and asked for the check. When the check came the bill totalled $170. The price of the lobster was $85. Absurd. My husband and I have eaten at five-star restaurants around the world and this place was the worst place I have eaten in years.
Review: Great when not busy
Smith & Wollensky

Review: Prime Rib Ran Out
I found this restaurant to be very crowded and noisy. I tried to order prime rib and was told that they ran out so I let waiter talk me into the cajun ribeye. When food arrived, people who had ordered after me got prime rib and the waiter tried very hard to convince me that I got the best steak in the house. If so, the rest must be very mediocre. My steak was nothing above average. I found this restaurant to be very overpriced and pretentious.

Pudge Brothers Pizza

Review: Pudge Brothers Threatens Their Own Customers
My husband has been a Pudge Brothers customer for years. Every time we order from them, we pay with a check. Last night was the FIRST TIME anyone ever asked for a driver's license number on our check. My husband told the driver that he would prefer not to give that information. The driver said he'd accept the check anyway. Ten minutes later, someone claiming to be the store manager called our house and threatened my husband with a visit to our home if he didn't give up the info. We told him to stop calling us and he called three more times before we finally had to call the police. This person was extremely rude and graphic in his threats and we are telling everyone we can because we don't believe that anyone should pay their hard-earned money for treatment like that ... especially after the driver went ahead and accepted the check. The food was fine, but it's not worth it when all you want to do is have a quiet evening at home.
Hamada Of Japan
598 E Flamingo Rd - 702.733.3005 $15.01 - $30
A Japanese Restaurant in Las Vegas, Nevada, offering a sushi bar, Teppan room, and elegant dining.
Cuisine: Japanese
Review: Great Sushi!
Often steering away from sushi, due to the potential health risks involved with eating undercooked or raw food, I usually just stick to the Sake Bombs. Reluctantly I was coaxed to try it. I love it, and the eat it every chance I get. The bottom line here is, Hamada has the freshest and best sushi in Las Vegas!
