Roseville, city, Ramsey County, southeastern Minnesota, incorporated 1948. It adjoins Saint Paul and contains some industry, including the manufacture of metal products and electronic equipment. The Patchwork Theater and Harriet Alexander Nature Center are here. The city incurred much damage when it was struck by tornadoes in 1981. Population 35,820 (1980); 33,485 (1990); 33,690 (2000).
