Hungry Herb's 297 Salem St. - 781.395.8477 $5.01 - $15 Cuisine: Burgers Recommended Dishes:EVERYTHING! Especially the fries. Fried Roast Beef With Bacon and Cheddar (it only makes your heart seize up for a minute) Sweet Georgia Blues DIVIDED SKY Jessie's Jazz Brunch/Sweet Georgia Blues combo dinners... roasted garlic potatos! Carolina Ka Review:The best marinated cheese steak! You really can not go wrong on anything you order off this awesome menu. It's even a bigger treat if Herb is there himself. He is such a sweet man. Review:Comfort food at it's best. I've been a Herb's fan since it's opening in 1987 (yes, way back in the 20th century). The food is not what you would call healthy but it is the tastiest sub shop in the known universe. Review:Best Food Ever Hungry Herb's is a treat not to be missed by anybody who lives in the Boston area. Enough steak or chicken in every order to give you a full sandwich AND a full plate of tips. Herb himself might be the nicest guy on the face of the earth. There's always a smile on his face when you walk in, and I guarantee a smile on your face when you walk out. Review:Feed your soul
Review:Heavenly Herb's
Review:Great Food Hungy Herbs I found brother Herb's place about 10 years ago... every thing is good here! The problem is choosing from the huge menu.. try the chili if you can get to the back of the menu! Worth the trip from Boston. Review:No Place Better I don't know if a better Sandwich exists anywhere! I personally factored in location to Herb's when I moved from one side of the city to another. Review:SWEET GA BLUES!!!! You must try the sweet Georgia Blues Steak tips. They are incredible. I have tried just about everything in herbs menu, yes I am fat, and everything is great but the sweet Georgia Blues are incredible. Review:Creee-ooohhl Cooo-yah!!!
Bistro 5 5 Playstead Rd. - 781.395.7464 $15.01 - $30 Upscale Italian in West Medford. Moderate to expensive. Fully renovated, seat 65 people, new wine list, beautiful layout. Cuisine: Italian Recommended Dishes:Wild boar Review:My new favorite restaurant in Boston! This is a fabulous restaurant with a great ambiance (very romantic dark red tones). The food is wonderful. We tried the calamari for appetizers and I had wild boar with pasta for main course. Don't know what kind of sauce they use for it, but it was incredible! I highly recommend this for parties or romantic dates. Your date will be very surprised to find this wonderful treasure in the midst of perhaps not the most attractive part of greater Boston.
Pinis Pizzeria 521 Broadway - 781.395.2664 $5.01 - $15 Pizza parlor near Magoun Square. Cuisine: Pizza Recommended Dishes:Their specialty pizzas Review:Wow! Absolutely amazing pizza! The varieties, the taste. My favorite is the boneless buffalo chicken pizza, what a taste...especially if you are into spicy food. My girlfriend's favorite is their chicken, broccoli and alfredo.
