Review: McT's Lobster House is Good
I had the ribs at McT's Taver and Lobster House. They were excellent. The meat fell off the bone and it was covered in a nice tangy BBQ sauce. The potato that came with it was also fantastic. I like my potato with lots of butter, and my waitress gave me plenty of it. When I left I wanted to buy a T-Shirt because I liked it so much, but they didn't have my size. Large. :-(.
Review: Great for Tasty Seafood or Beef!
When we were in Gloucester I wanted to have a great seafood dinner, but my husband and daughter don't like seafood. The proprietor of our bed-n-breakfast in Rockport suggested McT's and we were very glad he did! I had crabcakes which were very savory and delightful! I was full after the first one, but I just couldn't stop. My daughter ate every bit of her filet mignon and my husband said his prime rib was to die for. Plus we got to look out at the busy harbor and really enjoy the sea coast feel of it!
Review: Best In Gloucester
McT's Lobster House & Tavern is by far the best place in town. I go there every time I'm in town. The variety is unbelievable, you can get anything you want from seafood, beef, chicken, pasta, vegatarian, or you could just make a meal out of their apps., there are at least 30 of them!!! My favorite dish... Sesame Crusted Tuna... Yum!!!
Review: Everything we were looking for...
As a 1 nite tourist we just stumbled on McT's & it was perfect. Got to eat outside with fine food, especially good service, clean smoke free air - all at prices we could afford. Just loved it. The owners must care a lot and it shows.
Review: The best in Gloucester.....the best anywhere!!
I've never had anything but a perfect meal there. It's definitely the best steak and seafood I've ever had!! The view of the harbor is great too. Friendly staff.

Review: Great Mexican Food on the Northshore
Mexican food pretty close to how my mom cooks. Everything we've ever had here is good. I can't say it the BEST I've ever had (mom would be upset if I did) but its certainly the best on the Northshore. The margaritas are good too. The posole is a great soup that will warm you up any winter day. Combine that with a margarita and you'll forget the howling storm outside.

Review: The best!
I have traveled from Pennsylvania to have dinner here~ and will again!
Review: good food, poor customer service
Never order near closing time, especially take-out. You rarely ever take home what you ordered. They pack up what is left at the end of the night. Also if you don't like the quality of service don't leave the tip they deserve or they will chase you down and demand more tip. We spend a lot of money taking our parents out to eat and were the last to leave, my parents, were ordered to pay more tip. We got no dishes, drinks, wrong food, and one waitress for a party of 10. We were promised a gift certificate for poor service twice and never got it. Too bad the food was good.
Review: Great food Great Service
It is worth any amount of travel to have their lobster.
Review: AWESOME LOBSTER STEW
THE BEST LOBSTER STEW IN THE WORLD, I HAVE NEVER HAD ANYTHING CLOSE, IT IS DELICIOUS!
Review: Terrible Service, Good Food for What There Was
My friend and I went to Lobsta Land on early on a recent Sunday and were disappointed in the service. They were out of steamers, swordfish, prime rib, lamb, baked potatoes, Ipswich Ale, and all desserts except Key Lime Pie. We had to wait forever for a menu, another eternity for drinks, we never got our potatoes or rolls. Our waitress forgot to bring my beer until I finally caught her attention at the end of the meal. And this was after an hour's drive. I'm sure there are plenty of other restaurants that have similar food but with much better service. I'm afraid to go again.
