Phil Smidt's 1205 N Calumet Ave - 219.659.0025 Review: try the whitefish I had the whitefish. It was good. It was tender with no bones. A bit dry, but not bad. Boiled potatoes were quite good. Kidney bean salad appetizer was good. Service quite attentive. A little pricey. Fun atmosphere.
