My husband, Paul and I went to Pacific O! while on our honeymoon to Maui in August of 2001. We reserved Pacific O' for our intimate dinner out and we were so glad we did. The ambiance and auora of the place makes you feel rich and warm. We sat at a cozy table for two along the beach and walked down to wade in the ocean while sipping a tantalizing Blue Hawaii and waiting for our meal. Our wait staff was friendly and well humored . . . and looked like Lawrence Fishburn! He made our meal extra enjoyable and took photos of us - at our request - with pleasure. Dinner was absolutely superb! Not only was the food delectible, but the presentation with colored spices around the rim of the plate was extraordinarily special. I've never seen anything like it. Review:Mochiko Chicken Every time I'm in Lahaina my wife and I make it a priority to stop in for plate lunches. My wife being a local girl swears that they have the best Mochiko Chicken and Kim Chee in the state. I've enjoyed ordering their teriyaki chicken and spare ribs with mac salad. I forgot the owners name but he's a very plesant, happy, and hospitable person.
