Cafe L'Europe in Palm Beach will forever be a favorite place of mine! Just last week, my friends and I decided to make a reservation for Saturday Evening at Cafe L'Europe for dinner. After learning that the Jazz Quartet began at 9:45 pm in the Bistro, we settled on an 8:30 reservation in the same room. The Maitre'd, Bruce Strickland, greeted us with warmth and the familiarity of an old friend. The food, prepared by Executive Chef Jens Dahlmann, was heavenly. The waitstaff was attentive and (I highly recommend the Alaskan Halibut.) Our Dinner was complimented by champagne and wine chosen from an impressive (1400 labels!!) Wine List. Right on time, the Jazz Quartet kicked the evening into high gear with terrific music. Tables were quickly shifted to add a dance floor that hosted some of the most beautiful people on the island. Needless to say, I'm going back next week!
Testa's 221 Royal Poinciana Way - 561.832.0992 Testa's is well known for their famous steaks, seafoods, and desserts. There are four popular dining rooms, featuring indoor or outdoor dining. Cuisine: Mediterranean Recommended Dishes:Steak-for-Two, Strawberry Pie Review:Go Home to Testa's Palm Beach I had a banquet there (100 people) and was just delighted. Prices are good and food is too. Staff is professional. They have a lot of history (80 years) and they have kept up with tradition and the current times. Testa's has been given good reviews from major newspapers.
