Fat Fish 616 N. Robertson Blvd. - 310.659.3882 Recommended Dishes:Blue Flame Roll, Sauteed New Zealand Snapper with Braised Sweet Potato, leeks and Yuzu butter, Banana Souffle Review:Delectable Delights Await you at Fat Fish This restaurant is a rare find in West Hollywood. Located on Robertson between Melrose and Santa Monica, Fat Fish offers the best in European-Asian Fusion cuisine. The rolls are awesome, the food is perfectly done and the service is wonderful. Their sushi rolls are made with a premium blend of wild-rice, not white rice. It looks great and tastes great. The Trio of Tunas appetizer is definitely a show peice, not only does it taste wonderful, it looks like art. The Blue Flame roll is a roll topped with sizzling eel and is served on a flaming platter. The made-to-order Banana Souffle dessert deserves a standing ovation, hands-down best souffle I've ever tasted. This place is worth a trip or two every week.
