Review:Where is Everyone? I recently went to the relocated restaurant. I was very disappointed. The workers that I usually seen weren't there. The service was terrible. The food wasn't the same and I recommend that nobody go to the new place again. The words "family restaurant" have no meaning now. Review:Poor food and horrible service
Review:Avoid Like The Plauge This restaurant has lost its magic after its relocation and change of management. First off, they have raised the prices while cutting portion sizes. The new staff is incompetent and inexperienced. It is no longer a place to bring the family due to the out of control drunks in the bar. You definitely get the feeling your visit is all about them making money and not providing a pleasant dining experience. The Lucia's family should be ashamed and embarrassed. Review:GOOD PLACE I WAS THERE FOR DINNER WITH FEW OF MY FRIENDS, REALLY ENJOYED THE FOOD & SERVICE & WILL GO BACK AGAIN. Review:Worst Dining Experience Ever I have been a long time customer of Lucia's for around ten years. Ever since the restaurant has moved to the new location it has been horrible. All of my favorite servers that I enjoyed talking to were gone and the new employees are rude and unfriendly. How can you call it a family restaurant when there is a bar full of drunks inside? The food prices were raised and the amount of food and it's quality was lowered. I am here to tell anyone who goes to the new place to stay away. It was a terrible place and I will NEVER go back again Review:Sooo Disappointed Our family used to dine at Lucia's when they were in our neighborhood. It was a great place. My recent visit was a disappointment. In the former place, folks used to line up outside, but hardly anyone was at the new location. Also, my garlic bread was so hard I had to send it back. The soup tasted like canned soup, and the shrimp salad was not great. The shrimp were overseasoned and not cleaned thoroughly as there were several pieces of shell in the salad. The bar was too noisy. I hope it gets better. I won't be back though. Review:Still the best I miss some of the old faces at the new place, but the food and service are still great. I have been a customer for over twenty years. We eat there several times a month and are always satisfied. Review:Used to work there.
