The dishes are served family style, so every one can taste a little of each dish. The wait staff is a bit stand-offish, and not very attentive at all, but that's about typical all over Trinidad. (There is a 10% service charge attached to the bill, so the waiters don't have to work for their tips ~ also a typical practice in Trinidad.) But the food and ambiance is very nice.
